Design of Analog Integrated Circuits ISCD-1.02

The lecture Analog-1 will be conducted during the 1st semester of ISCD master program. Analog-1 lecture accounts for 7.5 ECTS credits. It is organized in 15 modules (4 lecture hours each) including conducted lectures and introductions for labs and project work. The Analog-1 course should provide a solid knowledge of analog circuit design. It includes the necessary semiconductor physics for MOS and BIP devices and analog layout considerations. The main part of Analog-1 will be a detailed presentation of the basic transistor circuits including necessary theory and math. Labs will be introduced and performed within the CAD lecture.
